The Designing for .NET Podcast

Announcing the return of the Designing for .NET Podcast.  When I last did this Podcast Expression Blend was still around.  It’s now been replaced with Blend for Visual Studio, and is a great user experience tool for .NET Designers and Developers.. XAML is now a cross platform user experience staple thanks to Xamarin Forms and Universal Windows Apps..  .NET is now an open platform that runs on Windows, Apple Mac and IOS, and Google Android and on Linux and .NET has made the leap to being operating system agnostic. We also now live in the “cloud” with Windows Azure and AI using Microsoft’s cognitive services.

User Experience Design’s role in software development has not decreased, but it has expanded across computing platform boundaries and the easier your application is for the user makes you more successful..
